Obtained for solvent extraction (absolute) from the fresh flowers of Acacia dealbata Link (acacia dealbata, mimosa of argento) or of Acacia farnesiana (L.) Willd. (acacia odorous, cassie), trees of the Fabacee — the first native of the Australia sudoriental and naturalizzata in the Mediterranean, the seconda of origin tropical americano-africana. L'absolute of mimosa/acacia is one of the ingredient more prezious of the perfumery of Grasse, Nizza and of the Var French, where the harvested of the flowers has luogo from gennaio to marzo. The phytochemical profile is complesso: β-ionone (floral-violetto), anisaldeide, feniletanolo, geraniol, benzyl-alcohol, acid palmitic and fitolo — responsible of the fragrance warm, powdery, honeyed and slightly spicy characteristic of the acacia. In the tradition profumiera the fragrance of acacia/mimosa is classificato in the family olfattive 'floral powdery' and apprezzato for the its 'animality' discreta. In aromatherapy (use rare for the costo elevato) is used as antidepressant, aphrodisiac discreto and as tonic emotional in the practices of support psicologic. Heart note floral, polverous, honeyed and slightly spicy.

2 drops of Basil sacro + 3 drops of Bergamot + 2 drops of Lavender + 1 drop of Ylang Ylang in the diffuser for 20 minutes.
