2 drops of Nut nutmeg + 3 drops of Orange sweet + 2 drops of Cinnamon + 1 drop of Ginger in the diffuser. The blend natalizio for eccellenza: calore spicy and citrusy for the giornate fredde and the festivita.
3 drops of Nut nutmeg + 4 drops of Rosemary + 2 drops of Lavender in 30 ml of oil of sesamo. Massage onto joints and muscles dolorant. The nut nutmeg amplifies the analgesic effect of the rosemary.
